Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and password (passwords are stored and verified by our authentication provider, never in plain text by us).

Business information you enter: business name, barber name, currency, and your financial entries (income, chair cost, tips, product sales, other income, expenses, payment method, dates, and notes).

Consent records: the date and time you accepted the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the version accepted.

Technical data strictly necessary to run the service, such as your authenticated session.

To provide the core service: storing your entries, calculating profit, and generating your reports and exports.

To secure your account and keep you signed in.

To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is stored using our infrastructure providers (database and hosting). At the time of writing this includes Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (application hosting).

Each account’s data is isolated using database row-level security so users can only access their own records.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, settings, and all entries.

Depending on where you live (including Quebec under Law 25, the rest of Canada under PIPEDA, and other regions), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@cutpay.app. You can also use the in-app Export and Delete features.

CutPay is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
